About 20 club members enjoyed a fun (and delicious) dinner at Ni’s Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, North of the Foothills Mall.  The old mall has mostly been torn down, and the property is being redeveloped as an “urban village” to be known as “Uptown”. Several large apartment complexes are already nearing completion.

The broad menu of sushi, Chinese staples, and other Asian specialties yielded a wide range of beautiful dishes.  As you can see in these photos, a good time was had by all!!
