An informal event was planned for early December in Tubac. It was lightly attended, but for those of us who participated, it proved to be a beautiful evening with dinner too.

The lights were beautiful, the shops and galleries were open and most had treats and drinks available for browsers. On the way I was able to snap some images, which besides the lights included a vintage Santa and a well-worn VW Bug complete with a Sleigh Rides sign. Fun stuff. We spent about two hours wandering about before arriving at Elvira’s restaurant for dinner. The stuffed chili was spectacular and is a holiday special, according to our waitress.
